How Will You Know You Have Done Well?

Not surprisingly, funders will want to know if you have done well with the money they gave you. That is why program evaluation is so important. And evaluation only works well if it is built into the program from the beginning. Determining the projected measures (or metrics) of your program should be done carefully and seriously. Just as in preparing a budget, you don't want to over- or under-estimate. Using realist numbers will always serve you best. You can read more about evaluation here.
